Project Overview
The goal was to organize their existing 16 acre operation and seven rental car agencies from seven independent facilities into one large service complex with separate public rental car pick up and return areas. Working as part of the team with the contractor, the owner and rental car agencies, we successfully completed this project by November 1, 2008, allowing the rental car agencies to remain in operation during construction, and opening the new facility before the holiday travel season began.
