Project Overview
Due to the welcomed growth of attendance at Avista Stadium, the Diamond Club facility for premium member seating was considered for renovation. Cortner Architectural Company was entrusted with developing documents and presentation drawings for the Diamond Club and concession counters. Improvements included a fully functioning kitchen, relocation of the concessions counters, increased circulation space for fans, dedicated event serving area (buffet line). Additional improvements for consideration included a freight/passenger elevator and service walk to increase the accessibility and serviceability of the Diamond Club and 25 box seating areas.
