Project Overview
In response to voter approval of a Spokane Parks Improvement Bond, our team was asked to design recreational facilities to complement site improvements to Dwight Merkel Park at Joe Albi Stadium. The sports complex improvements include a new grounds maintenance building, softball concessions pavilion, field concessions building, and a field restroom facility. Site improvements included 5 illuminated natural turf softball fields, 6 natural turf and 2 artificial turf soccer fields, and a neighborhood park.
